As a responsible company, Tazah Global wants to ensure that the product received by the customer is in its original condition and is not incorrect, broken, or faulty. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.
⏳ Timeframe
You must request a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process any replacement requests.

To initiate a replacement, please share a 📹 video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe. In many cases, the issue may be related to product usage, and our team can guide you on how to resolve it. If we determine that the product is indeed faulty, the following options are available:

Ship the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product in its original packaging (📦 Original Product Box and All Accessories) to our warehouse at:

Within 2 working days of receipt of the product, we will ship the replacement to you free of charge.

We will schedule a replacement within 14 working days.

Please pack the product (📦 Original Product Box and All Accessories) for the courier to pick up and provide you with the replacement.
⚠ Please note that we do not offer a replacement for "change of mind."
